A collection of some events and retreats that I have had the honour of holding space for and guiding people through.
At Amarant Retreat with Holistic HQ, this beautiful space is where I have guided participants through yoga and meditation sessions across three retreats in the mountains of the Yarra Valley.
It was my deep honour to guide a yoga and meditation practice online for Yoga Teacher Trainees on behalf of The Yoga Impact Charity 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in July 2021, with a community of people tuning in from across Melbourne, Sydney, Sweden and the US.
It is a wonderful honour to be a Faculty Teacher for The Yoga Impact Charity 200 Hour Teacher Training commencing October 2021, working alongside CEO Danielle Begg and the wonderful cohort of trainees (not all pictured) and other amazing teachers. I am looking forward to also joining in-person in Bondi early 2022 during the Intensive :) Congratulations to the cohort for the beginning of this wonderful 6 month journey and beyond!
It is an incredible honour to guide virtual yoga classes for healthcare workers across Australia and the UK on behalf of The Yoga Impact Charity. Commencing during the pandemic in 2020, I continue to guide virtual yoga every Tuesday and Friday.
In association with R U OK Day, an important cause highlighting the importance of mental health and wellbeing, I guided Medibank Private staff through a meditation workshop.
One of the most beautiful opportunities, I guide Yoga for Refugee Women every Thursday on behalf of The Yoga Impact Charity. We share practice both in-person and online.
It was a wonderful honour to co-run The Practice of Love workshop with Marija of The Raw Pursuit on behalf of global brand Lululemon to support women in nourishment, healing, and rejuvenation.
I joined forces with Georgie Gorman of Holisic Sister and Nicole Lindbolm of You Create You for this Winter Wellness Workshop, including creating heat and mobility, immune health, nutrition, yin yoga, and Yoga Nidra for deep rest and intention setting.
For International Yoga Day and in association with Roar Spirit Yoga, myself and a group of yoga teachers had the unique and wonderful opportunity to each teach a session in a cabin of the Melbourne Star. We each guided three to four students, and got up at the crack of dawn to be inside the cabins to watch the sun rise as we all practiced! It was a one hour session, with each rotation around the wheel taking approximately 30 minutes. An amazing experience!
The Melbourne Star in the early hours.
Practicing Sun Salutations as we watched the sun rise across Melbourne City - I do not think I will forget it :)
